The rules governing account access, platform use, operator responsibilities, OPU participation, and Voltalix services.
Official policy information
Voltalix Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Voltalix website, platform, accounts, OPU contracts, SCADA services, operational tasks, rewards, referral programmes, and related functionality.
Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or using the platform. By registering, accessing Voltalix, activating an OPU contract, or using any platform service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
In these Terms, “Voltalix,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SyncWind LTD and the Voltalix platform.
“User,” “you,” and “your” refer to any individual or business accessing or using the platform.
2. Scope of the platform
Voltalix provides a digital operational platform through which eligible users may:
create and manage a Voltalix account;
complete training and certification modules;
access the OPU Marketplace;
activate eligible OPU contracts;
access SCADA-related operational functionality;
complete assigned operational tasks;
receive applicable contract distributions and task rewards;
participate in eligible referral or promotional programmes;
manage platform balances, deposits, and withdrawals.
The exact services available to a user may depend on account status, location, verification level, active contracts, training completion, certification, and compliance with these Terms.
3. Eligibility
To create and use a Voltalix account, you must:
be at least 18 years old;
have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
provide accurate and complete registration information;
access the platform only from a jurisdiction where its use is lawful;
successfully complete any required identity or security verification;
comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You may not use Voltalix on behalf of another person unless you have lawful authority to do so and Voltalix has approved the arrangement where approval is required.
Voltalix may refuse registration or restrict access where legal, security, compliance, technical, or operational requirements make access inappropriate.
4. User accounts
Without prior approval and
written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that
alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.
Each user may maintain only one personal Voltalix account unless Voltalix expressly authorises otherwise.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update any information that changes.
You are responsible for:
keeping your login credentials confidential;
protecting access to your email account and authentication devices;
enabling and maintaining required security features;
You may not sell, transfer, rent, share, or assign your account to another person.
All actions completed through your authenticated account may be treated as authorised by you unless you promptly notify Voltalix of unauthorised access.
5. Authentication and account security
Voltalix uses session-based authentication and JSON Web Token technology to secure account access.
The standard authenticated session lasts up to 24 hours. Voltalix does not currently provide a separate “Remember me” function.
Two-factor authentication may be mandatory for:
operational access;
SCADA functionality;
withdrawals;
security changes;
other sensitive account actions.
Voltalix may require you to repeat authentication, complete additional verification, or reset your credentials where suspicious activity or a security risk is detected.
6. Identity verification and KYC
Voltalix may require identity verification as a condition for accessing specific services.
KYC verification may be required before:
activating an OPU contract;
accessing operational SCADA functions;
receiving certain rewards;
submitting or completing a withdrawal;
changing sensitive account information;
participating in selected promotions.
You must submit genuine, accurate, valid, and unaltered information and documents.
Voltalix may request additional or renewed verification at any time where reasonably necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, account security, or payment review.
Failure to complete verification may result in limited functionality, delayed transactions, suspension, or account closure.
7. Training and certification
We reserve the right to
request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website.
You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon
request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions
and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our
Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and
conditions.
Certain Voltalix services require the completion of training and certification modules.
Training or certification may be required before a user becomes eligible to:
activate specified OPU contracts;
access the SCADA operational workspace;
receive operational tasks;
qualify for task rewards;
participate in selected platform programmes.
Completing training does not automatically guarantee access to every service. Eligibility may also depend on account status, active contracts, security requirements, available operational sessions, and other platform conditions.
Voltalix may update training content, assessment criteria, certification requirements, or eligibility rules to reflect platform, technical, or operational changes.
8. OPU contracts
An OPU contract is a time-limited digital service-access arrangement made available through the Voltalix platform.
Each OPU contract may include specific:
activation requirements;
price;
duration;
operational status;
distribution rate;
distribution schedule;
task eligibility;
available operational rewards;
technical or contractual conditions.
The applicable details are displayed in the OPU Marketplace or contract interface before activation and form part of the agreement between the user and Voltalix.
An OPU contract does not transfer legal ownership of:
a wind turbine;
a wind farm;
physical infrastructure;
electricity or energy production;
company shares;
securities;
any physical asset displayed or referenced on the platform.
Turbine names, locations, models, operational identifiers, graphics, and technical information may be used to organise or represent platform services. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate signed agreement, they do not constitute a transfer of title or physical possession.
9. OPU activation
An OPU contract becomes active after:
all eligibility requirements have been satisfied;
the user confirms the selected contract;
the required amount has been successfully allocated;
any required KYC, security, training, or certification checks have been completed;
the platform records the activation.
The contract price and applicable conditions shown immediately before confirmation apply to that activation.
Users must review all displayed information before confirming an OPU contract.
The user’s order or activation action must clearly confirm that the selected service involves payment.
Voltalix may reject, reverse, or delay an activation affected by:
insufficient balance;
incomplete verification;
technical error;
duplicate submission;
unavailable capacity;
pricing or display error;
suspected fraud;
payment reversal;
account restriction;
legal or compliance requirements.
10. Maximum active contracts and operational slots
Unless a different limit is displayed by Voltalix, a user may hold up to three active OPU contracts at the same time.
Operational contracts are assigned to available account slots according to their activation date or the allocation rules displayed on the platform.
Each eligible active contract remains separate and retains its own:
task assignments;
results;
rewards;
duration;
status;
distribution records;
operational history.
Voltalix may change slot limits for future activations. Any revised limit will be displayed before a new contract is activated.
11. Contract duration and expiration
Each OPU contract has a duration displayed before activation.
The contract begins on the date or at the time recorded by the platform and remains active until:
its stated duration expires;
it is completed according to its applicable terms;
it is cancelled where cancellation is legally available;
it is terminated under these Terms;
another status is applied under its specific conditions.
Expired contracts may remain visible in the account history.
Expiration may end access to contract-specific functionality, including future tasks or benefits, unless the relevant contract terms state otherwise.
12. Usufruct distributions
Where an OPU contract includes usufruct distributions, the applicable rate, schedule, duration, status, and conditions are displayed for that contract before activation.
Usufruct distributions are calculated and recorded according to:
the selected OPU contract;
the rate displayed at activation;
the applicable contract duration;
the distribution schedule;
the contract’s active status;
the conditions presented in the contract interface.
Each contract maintains its own distribution records and history.
References to usufruct distributions describe contractual platform benefits connected to the relevant OPU contract. They do not transfer ownership of the underlying physical equipment or infrastructure.
13. VX Founder status
Users who join Voltalix and activate an eligible OPU contract during the published Founder Access period may receive VX Founder status.
Founder eligibility may require:
account creation during the qualifying period;
activation of an eligible OPU contract;
successful identity verification;
compliance with these Terms;
satisfaction of any additional conditions displayed in the Founder programme.
Eligible Founder accounts may receive:
a permanent VX Founder badge;
designated Founder distribution rates;
Founder Boost benefits;
other benefits described in the applicable programme.
The permanent badge recognises early participation in the Voltalix network.
Founder accounts retain the usufruct distribution conditions assigned to their eligible Founder status in accordance with the Founder programme terms presented when the status is granted.
Founder status may be cancelled where it was obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts, identity misuse, payment abuse, referral manipulation, or another material breach of these Terms.
14. SCADA operational services
Voltalix provides digital SCADA-related monitoring, operational support, task coordination, validation, and reporting functionality.
Only eligible and certified users may access designated operational features.
SCADA access may require:
approved KYC verification;
active two-factor authentication;
completion of required training modules;
valid operator certification;
at least one eligible operational OPU contract;
an account in good standing.
SCADA access does not authorise a user to directly control physical industrial infrastructure unless such authority is expressly provided through a separate written arrangement.
Platform tasks are digital operational activities provided within the Voltalix system.
15. Operational sessions and task windows
Operational tasks may become available during scheduled task windows.
The platform may display:
the next eligible operational session;
the remaining time until the session opens;
the estimated number of interventions;
eligible contracts;
available task categories;
the maximum reward available for the session.
Scheduled windows may be based on a designated platform timezone.
Task eligibility may depend on:
the date and time of contract activation;
whether the contract was active before the applicable cut-off;
remaining contract duration;
task availability;
the user’s certification status;
previous task progression;
account compliance.
A contract activated after a published cut-off may become eligible only for a later operational window.
16. Task allocation
Each eligible operational contract may generate one intervention in an operational session.
Up to three eligible contracts may therefore generate up to three separate interventions.
Tasks remain connected to the individual contract that generated them. Task progress may be presented as a combined overview, but each contract retains separate results, rewards, and history.
Task availability is not transferable between accounts or contracts.
Users may not select, duplicate, exchange, sell, or assign tasks unless the platform expressly permits it.
17. Completing operational tasks
Users must complete tasks:
personally;
within the displayed task window;
according to the applicable instructions;
using information provided through authorised platform training;
without automation, external manipulation, or unauthorised assistance.
Task rules may include standard operating instructions and stated exceptions.
Users are responsible for carefully reviewing each task before submitting a response.
Once submitted, a task may become final and may not be edited unless the platform provides a correction or review mechanism.
18. Task results
A task may receive one of the following statuses:
Passed
The task was completed within the required period and satisfied the applicable validation criteria.
Failed
The submitted response did not satisfy the applicable task rules or validation criteria.
Missed
The task was not completed and submitted within the available task window.
In Review
The task requires automated or manual review before a final result is issued.
Voltalix may correct a task result where it identifies a technical error, validation error, duplicated record, platform malfunction, or evidence of manipulation.
19. Operational task rewards
The platform may display the maximum operational reward available during a task session.
The final reward depends on the validated results of the tasks completed during that session.
Only eligible tasks marked Passed receive the applicable operational reward.
Tasks marked Failed, Expired, cancelled, invalid, or otherwise ineligible do not receive a reward.
Task rewards are calculated according to the rules displayed for the relevant:
OPU contract;
operational session;
task category;
intervention;
promotional or training programme.
A displayed maximum represents the total amount available if all applicable conditions are satisfied. It is not automatically credited merely because a task window opens.
Reward records are displayed in the user’s account history.
20. Deposits and platform balances
Users may add funds using the deposit methods displayed in the Wallet.
Available methods, supported currencies, minimum amounts, processing times, and fees may vary.
A deposit is credited only after:
the payment has been received;
the required confirmation process has been completed;
the transaction has passed applicable technical and security checks;
the platform records the amount as available.
Users must follow the exact payment instructions displayed.
Voltalix is not responsible for loss caused by:
sending unsupported assets or currencies;
using an incorrect network;
entering an incorrect address;
failing to include a required reference;
sending less than a required minimum;
sending funds from an unauthorised source;
payment-provider or blockchain-network delays.
Partial payments may remain pending until they are reviewed or completed.
Duplicate transactions and duplicate credits may be blocked or corrected.
21. Use of platform balances
Platform balances may be used only for services and functions available through Voltalix.
An available balance does not automatically activate an OPU contract. The user must select and confirm the applicable service.
Voltalix may temporarily restrict the use of a balance where:
the payment remains under review;
a chargeback or reversal is pending;
account ownership cannot be verified;
the source of funds requires review;
a technical discrepancy is detected;
legal or security checks are required.
Platform balances may not be sold or transferred outside authorised platform functionality.
22. Withdrawals
Withdrawals may be submitted only through the methods available in the user’s account.
Before processing a withdrawal, Voltalix may require:
approved KYC;
active two-factor authentication;
a verified withdrawal method;
confirmation of account ownership;
security review;
transaction review;
additional compliance information.
Withdrawal limits, minimum amounts, fees, and estimated processing times are displayed before submission where applicable.
Withdrawals are normally reviewed and processed within one to five business days. Additional time may be required due to verification, security review, payment-provider availability, blockchain congestion, technical issues, or legal requirements.
Any applicable network or processing fee will be shown or calculated according to the selected method.
Users are responsible for verifying all withdrawal details. Completed transfers to an incorrect destination may be irreversible.
23. Refunds
Refunds may be available where:
mandatory law requires a refund;
a paid service was not provided;
a duplicate payment is confirmed;
a material technical error affected the transaction;
Voltalix expressly approves the request.
Amounts already used to activate or perform a service are subject to the conditions applying to that service and any mandatory consumer rights.
Refunds may be refused where the request relates to:
a completed service;
a consumed or expired contract;
an earned or credited benefit;
a successfully processed transaction;
user error;
a breach of these Terms;
fraud, chargeback abuse, or identity misuse.
Approved refunds are returned through an available and appropriate payment method.
24. Consumer right of withdrawal
Where mandatory consumer law applies, an eligible consumer may have the right to withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 days from the date on which the contract was concluded.
Before activating an OPU service during the withdrawal period, Voltalix may ask the user to expressly request that performance begin immediately.
Where the user withdraws after requesting immediate performance, the user may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the services supplied before the withdrawal request. Once a service has been fully performed following the user’s express request and acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply where permitted by law.
a clear statement that the user wishes to withdraw;
the date of the request.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
25. Referral programme
Voltalix may offer referral programmes through which eligible users can receive rewards after invited users satisfy the published conditions.
Referral conditions may include:
successful registration through a valid referral link;
identity verification;
training and certification;
account-security requirements;
an eligible deposit;
activation of an eligible OPU contract;
completion of required operational activities;
continued account compliance.
Referral rewards are credited only after all applicable conditions have been satisfied and validated.
Users may not:
refer themselves;
create duplicate or artificial accounts;
use false identities;
purchase or trade referrals;
misrepresent the Voltalix platform;
promise unauthorised benefits;
use spam or unsolicited communication;
imitate Voltalix or falsely claim to represent the company;
manipulate referral tracking.
Voltalix may cancel referral rewards connected to invalid, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or non-compliant activity.
26. Promotions and bonuses
Promotions, bonuses, boosts, badges, ranks, campaigns, or limited-time benefits may be governed by additional rules displayed on the platform.
Where promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotional rules apply to that promotion.
Voltalix may establish:
eligibility periods;
participation limits;
reward limits;
qualifying contract types;
completion requirements;
account-verification requirements.
A promotion may be ended for future participants in accordance with its published conditions.
Benefits already validly credited remain recorded subject to account compliance and correction of fraud or technical errors.
27. User representations and platform promotion
Users must describe Voltalix accurately when sharing or promoting the platform.
You may not represent that:
you are an employee, authorised agent, or legal representative of Voltalix;
Voltalix transfers ownership of turbines or physical infrastructure unless expressly stated;
a personal result is universal or officially promised;
unauthorised terms, prices, rewards, or benefits are offered;
registration or activation is legally available in every country;
misleading, incomplete, or fabricated information comes from Voltalix.
Marketing materials, logos, graphics, videos, interface images, and platform descriptions may be used only in accordance with any published brand rules and applicable law.
28. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
create or operate multiple accounts;
use another person’s identity or documents;
provide false or misleading information;
access another user’s account;
manipulate tasks, validations, rewards, or distributions;
exploit platform bugs or technical errors;
use bots, scripts, automation, scraping, or unauthorised software;
interfere with the platform’s security or availability;
reverse engineer protected platform components;
upload malware or harmful content;
conduct fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or withdrawals;
use Voltalix for money laundering or unlawful financial activity;
evade sanctions or jurisdictional restrictions;
abuse referrals or promotions;
impersonate Voltalix;
infringe intellectual-property rights;
use the platform for unlawful purposes.
You must report any discovered vulnerability or material platform error to Voltalix and must not exploit it.
29. Monitoring and enforcement
Voltalix may review platform activity to protect users, enforce these Terms, investigate technical issues, and prevent abuse.
Where reasonably necessary, Voltalix may:
request additional information;
place a transaction under review;
delay a withdrawal;
invalidate a task;
correct an account record;
reverse an erroneous duplicate credit;
restrict platform functionality;
suspend an account;
terminate access.
Measures will depend on the seriousness, evidence, risk, and applicable legal obligations.
30. Account suspension and termination
Voltalix may suspend or terminate an account where:
these Terms are materially breached;
verification fails or cannot be completed;
fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected;
multiple accounts are operated;
payment abuse or chargebacks occur;
tasks or rewards are manipulated;
unlawful activity is suspected;
account security is compromised;
continued access would violate legal or regulatory obligations;
the user threatens the integrity or availability of the platform.
During suspension, access to contracts, balances, tasks, rewards, or withdrawals may be temporarily restricted.
Where legally and operationally possible, Voltalix may provide the user with information about the restriction and any available review process.
Termination does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.
completion or cancellation of pending transactions;
resolution of active contracts;
withdrawal of eligible balances;
retention of records required by law.
Some information may remain stored after closure where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
32. Platform availability
Voltalix aims to maintain reliable platform access but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Access may be interrupted due to:
scheduled maintenance;
emergency maintenance;
software updates;
server or network failures;
cybersecurity events;
third-party infrastructure issues;
payment-provider disruption;
blockchain-network conditions;
events outside reasonable control.
Voltalix may modify, replace, temporarily disable, or discontinue platform features where required for security, technical, legal, or operational reasons.
Where practical, material changes affecting active services will be communicated through the platform or account email.
33. Errors and corrections
The platform may occasionally display an incorrect:
price;
rate;
reward;
balance;
task status;
contract status;
countdown;
date;
availability figure;
technical description.
Voltalix may correct obvious errors and records produced by technical malfunction, duplicated processing, unauthorised manipulation, or incorrect data entry.
Before applying a material correction, Voltalix may review the related account, contract, task, or transaction records.
34. Intellectual property
The Voltalix platform and its associated materials are owned by or licensed to SyncWind LTD.
Protected materials may include:
the Voltalix name and logo;
software and source code;
interface designs;
graphics and animations;
SCADA task structures;
training materials;
text and documentation;
databases;
contract identifiers;
branding and marketing assets.
Users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the platform for its intended purpose.
No ownership rights are transferred to the user.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, or commercially exploit protected materials without written permission.
35. User content and communications
Where users submit information, documents, support messages, task responses, or other content, they confirm that:
the content is accurate where accuracy is required;
they have the right to submit it;
it does not infringe another person’s rights;
it is not unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading.
The user grants Voltalix the limited right to process submitted content where necessary to operate the platform, provide services, review tasks, verify accounts, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
36. Privacy and cookies
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Voltalix Privacy Policy.
Voltalix currently uses strictly necessary cookies and browser-storage technologies for authentication, security, platform functionality, and language preferences.
The use of cookies and localStorage is described in the Voltalix Cookie Policy.
Italian guidance recognises authentication, session maintenance, and requested-service functionality as typical purposes of technical cookies.
37. Third-party services and links
The platform may contain links to external websites or use third-party infrastructure.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Voltalix is not responsible for external content, services, security, availability, or transactions that occur outside the Voltalix platform.
A link or technical integration does not automatically constitute an endorsement.
38. Disclaimer of unauthorised representations
Only information published through official Voltalix interfaces, documents, communications, or authorised representatives forms part of the platform’s official description.
Voltalix is not responsible for unauthorised statements made by:
users;
referrers;
independent promoters;
social-media accounts;
community groups;
external websites;
unrelated third parties.
Users should verify important information directly through Voltalix before acting on it.
39. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the maximum extent legally permitted, Voltalix is not liable for losses caused by:
the user’s breach of these Terms;
incorrect payment or withdrawal details;
loss of account credentials;
unauthorised access caused by the user’s security failures;
unsupported payments or networks;
third-party service interruption;
blockchain delay or congestion;
force majeure;
reliance on unauthorised third-party statements;
use of the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction;
misuse of platform functionality.
For business users, Voltalix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, loss of opportunity, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
40. Indemnification by business users
Where legally permitted, a business user agrees to indemnify SyncWind LTD against reasonable losses, claims, costs, and liabilities resulting from:
the business user’s material breach of these Terms;
unlawful platform use;
infringement of third-party rights;
fraudulent conduct;
unauthorised promotion or representation.
This section does not apply to consumers where such an obligation would be prohibited or unfair under mandatory law.
41. Force majeure
Voltalix is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including:
natural disasters;
war or civil unrest;
government action;
sanctions or embargoes;
widespread network failure;
cyberattacks;
utility outages;
third-party infrastructure failure;
payment-network disruption;
blockchain disruption;

Voltalix will take reasonable steps to restore affected services where practical.
42. Changes to these Terms
Voltalix may update these Terms to reflect:
changes to platform functionality;
new services;
operational changes;
security requirements;
legal or regulatory developments;
corrections or clarifications.
The updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date.
Where a change materially affects users or active services, Voltalix may provide notice through the platform or by email.
Continued use after the applicable effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where legally permitted.
Changes will not remove mandatory rights or retroactively alter completed transactions where prohibited by law.
43. Electronic communications
By using Voltalix, you agree to receive service-related communications electronically, including through:
account notifications;
platform messages;
email;
security alerts.
Electronic communications may include contract confirmations, task notices, transaction updates, policy changes, and account-security information.
Users must maintain a valid email address and review platform notifications regularly.

Voltalix may request additional information before completing its review.
45. Governing law
For consumers residing in the European Economic Area, this choice of law does not remove mandatory protections provided under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence.
46. Jurisdiction
Disputes involving business users are subject to the competent courts of Genoa, Italy, unless otherwise required by law.
Consumers may bring proceedings before any court made available to them under mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules.
47. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The affected provision will be interpreted or adjusted only to the minimum extent required to make it lawful and enforceable.
48. No waiver
A delay or failure by Voltalix to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Any waiver must be express and applies only to the specific situation for which it was given.
49. Assignment
Users may not assign or transfer their rights, accounts, contracts, tasks, or obligations without prior written approval from Voltalix.
Voltalix may transfer its rights or obligations as part of a restructuring, merger, acquisition, service transfer, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law and without reducing mandatory consumer protections.
50. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the policies, contract details, checkout information, and programme-specific rules referenced in them, constitute the agreement governing use of Voltalix.
Specific terms displayed for an OPU contract, promotion, task programme, or service form part of the agreement when accepted by the user.
