Direct sponsor benefit
Leadership Bonus
You receive 3% of every OPU activation made by a directly invited operator when you are eligible for VX Benefits at activation time.

The direct sponsor is identified
Only the sponsor recorded when the operator registered can receive the benefit.

Eligibility is checked
The sponsor must be enrolled in VX Benefits with an active KYC-approved account. No personal contract activation is required.

The 3% reward is credited
The rate is applied to the activation value and recorded in Leadership Bonus history.
Who is eligible
- The sponsor must join VX Benefits before the activation event.
- The sponsor account must be active with approved KYC.
- The sponsor must be the purchaser's direct referrer.
- No personal contract activation is required to participate. Withdrawals require at least one past or current contract activation.
Important terms
- Enrollment does not grant bonuses retroactively for earlier activations.
- Leadership Bonus is separate from SCADA Launch, Ranks, and Network Performance.
- The program has one level: the direct sponsor.
- The bonus is 3% of the eligible activation value.
- If the direct sponsor is ineligible, the reward is not transferred to another user.

You receive 1% of the usufruct income paid to operators you invite directly, provided you meet the VX Benefits requirements when the payment is made.

- The reward is calculated only from usufruct income received, excluding any repayment of invested capital.
Important terms
- Only usufruct income received by invitees after you join VX Benefits counts toward this reward.
- The program has one level: the direct sponsor.
- The reward is 1% of the direct invitee's usufruct income.
- Returned principal does not generate Network Performance.
- If the direct sponsor is ineligible, the share is not transferred to another user.
